"Piano" for Christmas

OK, I had to post this separate from the Christmas pictures because it was so hilarious. We got Ashley a miniature Grand Piano for Christmas and Alyssa was the one who got more excited over the piano. She literally confiscated the piano from Ashley. Check out the pictures.

Christmas 2008

Here are some shots of the kids opening presents for Christmas. Since we were in Tahoe for the weekend, we did not open gifts until we got back on Sunday the 29th. As you can tell, we were also watching the Chargers v. Denver game. Go Chargers!!!

Night Shots!

I took some night shots of the full moon and my palm tree in the front of my house. I used a shutter speed from 20 seconds to as high as 1 minute. The trail you see on two of the shots are from a jet fighter flying a training mission at night over the sky. The last shot was taken with a tungsten setting and an over exposure of the picture. All of these 4 shots are indeed night time shots.

Halloween at Websense

Here are some shots of the Halloween event at Websense. Sherrie was a Dixie cup, Ashley is Supergirl, Alyssa was a Super Monkey and I was Clark Kent.

A visit to Balboa Park

Here are some pictures of the girls at Balboa Park back in October 2008. We got there 30 minutes before the sun was setting so all the pictures are taken with no flash, just natural light. I used tungsten setting to give some of the pictures a cooler feel. Other photos are in black/white and sepia tone.
